1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, the portfolio of Vartix Rivar, an independent digital designer and Framer developer based in New York, USA. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Paid projects are covered by a separate proposal or agreement. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Using this website
You are welcome to browse, share links and get in touch. Please do not:
Copy, scrape or resell the site, its design or its content
Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
Use the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content
3. My work and intellectual property
The design, text, code, animations and visuals on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. Client projects shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission.
You may not reuse any of this material in your own work, templates or AI training data without written permission.
4. Enquiries and quotes
Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. Any quote I send is an estimate based on the information you share, and stays valid for 30 days unless I say otherwise. A project only starts once we both accept a written proposal and the first payment is received.
5. Pricing and payments
Prices on the pricing page are in US dollars and do not include taxes or third-party costs such as fonts, stock assets or hosting.
Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
Yearly plans are billed upfront and include the discount shown at checkout.
Fixed-scope projects usually require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery.
Invoices are due within 14 days. I may pause work while a payment is overdue.
6. Pausing and cancelling
Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund the current period. Paused time can be used later within 12 months.
7. Working together
Good projects need clear input. You agree to share content, feedback and approvals on time, and to make sure you have the rights to any materials you give me. Delays on either side may change the timeline.
Each plan or proposal states how many revision rounds are included. Extra changes outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.
8. Ownership of deliverables
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. I keep ownership of my tools, templates, code components and working files used to produce them, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I may show the finished work in my portfolio and on social media. If your project is confidential, tell me and I will sign a non-disclosure agreement.
9. Third-party tools and links
Projects may rely on platforms such as Framer, Figma, fonts or plugins that have their own terms and fees. I am not responsible for changes, outages or pricing set by those providers. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
10. Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is”. I do my best to keep everything accurate and online, but I cannot promise the site will always be available, error-free or suitable for your specific needs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. For paid work, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for that project.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New York, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms when my services change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
